Fractional RF

What is Infini Fractional Radiofrequency Treatment?

The Infini Fractional Radiofrequency Treatment is a skin treatment technique that uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen regeneration in the skin, thereby improving skin texture and firmness. It can be performed in two ways: Superficial Radiofrequency (SFR) and Microneedle Radiofrequency (MFR).

How does Infini Fractional RF work?

The Infini treatment stimulates collagen production in the skin through radiofrequency energy. Superficial Radiofrequency (SFR) targets the outer layers of the skin, while Microneedle Radiofrequency (MFR) uses tiny needles to deliver energy deeper into the skin. This deeper treatment can more effectively tighten skin, reduce wrinkles, improve scar tissue (such as acne scars), and promote deeper collagen regeneration.

What Is Infini Fractional RF best suited for?

The Infini Fractional Radiofrequency Treatment is suitable for:

  1. Skin laxity: By heating the deeper layers of the skin, it promotes the regeneration and reorganization of collagen, thus improving skin firmness and elasticity.
  2. Wrinkles and fine lines: The treatment can smooth the skin’s surface, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
  3. Acne scars: For skin with acne scars, the Infini treatment can improve the appearance of scars, making the skin smoother.
  4. Minimizing pores: It can reduce pore size and improve skin texture.
  5. Skin texture and tone: It improves the overall texture of the skin, making it more even and smooth.
  6. Stretch marks and uneven skin texture.

What to expect during treatment?

During the treatment, a probe with microneedles is placed on the treatment area. The microneedles penetrate to a specific depth in the skin and release radiofrequency energy, heating the dermis and stimulating collagen remodeling. A comprehensive treatment typically lasts about 30 minutes.

What are the treatment areas?

Common treatment areas include the face, neck, and abdomen. However, it can be performed on any skin area that needs improvement.

Is the treatment painful?

As an anesthetic cream is applied before treatment, you will only feel a mild pricking sensation and warmth during the procedure.

How many sessions are needed to see results?

3-6 treatments are usually needed depending on skin condition and quality, while treatments are typically spaced about 3-4 weeks apart. Over the 3 weeks to 6 months after treatment, collagen will gradually reorganize and renew, and skin improvement will continue.

How soon can I see results from?

Visible improvements can sometimes be seen starting one week after treatment; however, more significant results, such as deep wrinkle reduction and improvement in pore and scar appearance, usually become apparent after several treatments and will continue to improve over the following months as collagen production increases.

What to avoid after the treatment?

After treatment, it is most important to avoid direct sun exposure, irritating skincare products, makeup, and activities that cause excessive sweating for 24 to 72 hours. It is also recommended to avoid using products containing retinol or acidic ingredients shortly after treatment.

Are there any side effects?

MFR: The skin may be slightly red and swollen, with the possibility of red dots, crusting, or bruising at some locations. As the wounds are very small, the skin can recover within a few days.

SFR: The treatment area may exhibit very fine crusting or roughness, which generally disappears completely within 2 to 10 days.
