Exchange and Return Policy
- If customers find any existing defects or damages in the goods received, customers must contact our website customer service hotline by email or phone (852) 66589948 within seven days after receiving the goods. The goods must be returned with the original packaging and in a “brand new” condition.
- Goods that are damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If you need to return or exchange, please bring the goods and present the purchase receipt and credit card to complete the relevant procedures at Precise Medical Aesthetics Tsim Sha Tsui store and exchange for the same model of goods. Third-party handling is not accepted.
- If the relevant goods are sold out and cannot be returned or exchanged, customers can choose any goods of the same value or pay the difference in price.
- Precise Medical Aesthetics must check and verify that the returned goods meet the above requirements before accepting them. If there is no problem, the refund will be returned through the original payment method.
